Contact forms and email
When you contact us through a website form or by email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), message, and any other information you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your question, coordinate PTO activities, and provide support.
Store orders and checkout
When you place an order, register for a PTO activity, or purchase a membership through our WooCommerce store, we may collect your name, email address, billing details, order details, and information needed to fulfill the purchase. For purchases that require student information, such as PTO memberships or school-related activities, we may also collect the student information requested at checkout, such as a student name, grade, teacher, or classroom.
Payment card and wallet information is handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on this website.

We then delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, where practical.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send sensitive payment or personal information by unsecured email.

This website serves a school community. We collect student information only when it is voluntarily provided by a parent, guardian, or authorized purchaser for a specific PTO membership, activity, or order. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.
